I am always looking to surpass what limits me, what bothers me. I am always questioning myself and others, looking for answers, deepening reflections, and learning about being human. This led me to work with people development, to do a doctorate about software team cohesion, to invest in a continuous process of self-knowledge, and to look for what will be my contribution in building a better world.
